                                                 Perry Alexander  
                           
                                                      Senior Pastor
 
Perry was born in California and has lived in Hawaii since 1979.   He holds a Masters of Divinity degree from Talbot Theological Seminary, a Masters of Sacred Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Westminster Theological Seminary.   He has served in pastorates in California, Hawaii, Greece, as well as having served 20 years as a reserve chaplain in the U.S. Navy.

  
  Perry has been at KCC since August of 1999 and his roles include: preaching, leadership development, church administration, overseeing the church staff, counseling, and leading our Bless Africa ministry. 

 
Interests: Surfing, running, dirt biking, and cruising on his Harley-Davidson

  Pastor Dan relocated to Pennsylvania in January 2012.  Although we will  miss him greatly we are excited to hear how God will be working through him during this new chapter of his life.  We love you and appreciate you.  Our prayers and aloha go with you.  KTF!


                                                          
                                                Jensen Kalua
                                                                         
                                                             Youth Pastor

  Jensen and his wife Kimey, have been married for 7 years &  have two children, Mikaelana "Mikae" and Jedidiah "Jedi".  Jensen grew up right down the street from Kailua Community Church. 

  He has served as the English Pastor/Youth Pastor at the Honolulu Chinese Alliance Church (a C&MA church) from December 2002 to October 2010.  More recently, he has been serving as the Ministry Coordinator at Kawaiaha`o Church. 

  Jensen has also been working as a football coach/spiritual advisor for Kalaheo High School's football team. 

  Jensen and Kimey have a heart for youth as well as for young families and are excited  to be part of our church family here at Kailua Community Church.  Jensen joined our ministry team at the beginning of January 2012 Praise the Lord for His provision.

Ministry Assistant
  Andrea was born in the Philippines but grew up in Kailua.   She received her B.A. in Sociology at the University of Hawaii, Manoa.   In 2002 she also earned a Child Development Associates Degree.   Andrea’s background is in early childhood education.   Andrea, our Ministry Assistant (aka “Church Auntie), started attending KCC in 1989 and came on staff in 2005.  Prior to joining the KCC staff she worked for the Kamehemeha Preschools for 12 years. 

  Andrea's roles include: oversight of the Women's Ministry, Sunday school, church social events, and the Malama (Helps) Ministry.

  Andrea has a grown son, Matthew.   He is married to Sheila and they have a son, Josiah, and a daughter, Anna Lou.
 
                                             
                                            Lyn Fischer  
                                                
                                                     Office Administrator

  The first voice you’re likely to hear when calling the office is the cheerful voice of our office administrator, Lyn.   Call her to check the church calendar, to update the bulletin, to set up an appointment with one of the pastors, or for other general church info.  

  Lyn grew up in Kailua and has been a  resident of windward O`ahu most of her life.  She and her family have been attending Kailua Community Church since 1997 and was hired in 2005.  Lyn has been blessed with five children and four grandchildren
